- 1/2 legatura patrunjel, tocata
- 3 catei de usturoi taiati marunt
- 1/4 ardei iute, taiat in cubulete
- 20g susan
- 1 lingurita coriandru macinat
- 1 lingurita ardei cayenne macinat
- 1 conserva fasole neagra
- 3 linguri seminte de chia
- 80-90 ml apa
- 1 lingurita sare
- 1 lingurita piper
- 1 1/2 lingurita sos de soia fara gluten (sos de soia tamari)
- 1 lingura pasta de tomate
Pentru asamblare:
- 4-5 castraveciori murati taiati in cubulete
- 2 rosii
- 1 ceapa rosie
- 1 lingura mustar
- 2 linguri ketchup
- 50g mix salata
